Do I need an account to shop?
No. You can check out without creating an account.

An account gives you access to order history and early notifications when new pieces are released, if you choose to opt in.

What are your pieces made from?
Most of our pieces are produced using newly sourced materials. Select styles are created as one-of-a-kind or limited pieces, and will be noted as such on the product page.

Do you have a physical store?
No. We operate exclusively online.

 

Orders and Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days.

Expedited orders placed before 12pm (ET) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm ship the following business day. Weekend delivery is unavailable.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at
info@yanamatkivski.com Once an order has been processed, changes may not be possible.

What if something I want is sold out?
Some styles may return, but availability is not guaranteed. For one-of-a-kind pieces, restocks are not possible.

Can I include a gift note?
If you’d like to add a short note to your order, contact us before purchasing. Availability depends on timing and shipping destination.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking information may take time to update.

 

Payments and International Orders

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Are duties and taxes included?
For select countries, duties and taxes are included at checkout. For other destinations, duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for store credit only. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, or within 14 days of delivery for shipped orders.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. One-of-a-kind pieces, intimate items, socks, collaborations, and seasonal releases are final sale.

How do I start a return?
For domestic returns or exchanges, use the return portal.

-Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if I bought an item from another retailer?
Returns and exchanges can only be processed for purchases made directly through Yana Matkivski.

Lost or damaged packages
Yana Matkivski is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If an issue occurs, contact info@yanamatkivski.com promptly so a claim can be initiated with the carrier.
