Returns and Exchanges Policy
Yana Matkivski accepts returns for store credit only and offers exchanges subject to the conditions outlined below. Requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase, or within 14 days of delivery or collection for online orders.
Returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and free from damage, with all original tags attached. Certain products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to corded styles, undergarments, socks, limited or exclusive collaborations, and seasonal or holiday releases.
Products purchased through third-party retailers, whether new, full-price, discounted, or secondhand, are not eligible for return or exchange through Yana Matkivski.
Yana Matkivski cannot assume responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged while in transit. Should a shipment fail to arrive, customers must notify us promptly so that a claim may be initiated with the shipping provider. Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate contact details, including a valid email address, are provided at checkout in order to receive shipping and delivery notifications.
